    Education Administration Software Sales/​Marketing for K12 Public School Districts

    Reporting directly to the President the Regional Account Executive has a sales and account management role responsible for the creation of long-term value for our organization, in the form of new client acquisition, market development and the creation of strategic relationships.​ Building on the company’s competitive advantages and emerging market position, this individual will be responsible for achieving growth targets as directed by the leadership team.​  This position is charged with pursuing, establishing and cultivating relationships with Public School Executive Level leaders.​ (Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, Asst.​ Superintendents, CFO’s, etc.​)

    The successful individual must be able to build and manage a robust sales pipeline across the designated region and affect sales in concert with company support and autonomously.​

    • Present our value proposition in a compelling and persuasive manner before small and large groups
    • Be able to explain nebulous concepts in a concise and understandable manner
    • Ability to identify immediate client needs and position company solution offerings in a way to meet those needs
    • Clear competence in marketing and selling a technical service/​solution with a key focus on innovation into the K-12 market
    • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products and report findings to management
    • Attend, participate and lead sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
    • Coordinate and prepare requests for proposal, requests for quote and requests for information
    • Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations.​
    • Meet account acquisition and revenue growth targets in the defined region
    • Strong work ethic; personally flexible




    Five or more years’ demonstrated sales experience preferably in the k12 education vertical market, and/​or solution software sales industries

    • Experience selling SAAS solutions, consulting or services preferred
    • Knowledge of the K12 education business and purchasing processes
    • Skill in prospecting strategies, which demonstrates the ability to form relationships with top level K12 decision makers
    • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with key decision-makers
    • Ability to build and manage a pipeline of 50+​ accounts at any given time
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Willingness to travel when required
    • Currently residing in TX or FL


    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business
